Creamy Mashed Potatoes with Roasted Garlic & Rosemary

Ingredients:

• 4 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and quartered

• 1/2c milk or cream

• 1/4 C Twisted Olive Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• 4tbs butter

• 1TBS Twisted Olive Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Boil potatoes until tender

2. Drain and mash with a potato masher or ricer

3. Stir in milk/cream, olive oils, and butter until smooth and creamy

4. Season with salt & pepper
