Creamy Mashed Potatoes with Roasted Garlic & Rosemary
Ingredients:
4 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2c milk or cream
4tbs butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender
Drain and mash with a potato masher or ricer
Stir in milk/cream, olive oils, and butter until smooth and creamy
Season with salt & pepper
