Green Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Twisted Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 3 tbs lemon juice

  • 1&1/2 tbs nutritional yeast

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp maple syrup, honey, or agave

  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste

  • 1/2 tsp pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar, close the lid, and shake until emulsified. Adjust as needed.

  2. This dressing keeps in the fridge for up to two weeks.
