Asian-Inspired Cabbage Salad
Ingredients:
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp grated ginger
Directions:
Combine cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, and sesame seeds in a large bowl.
Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger in a small bowl.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss well. Serve chilled or at room temp.
Extra: add grilled chicken and wonton strips to make it a main dish!
