Fluffy Popovers with Lemon & Garlic

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450f

  2. Grease a popover pan or muffin tin

  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, and salt until smooth

  4. Stir in olive oil and both balsamic vinegars

  5. Fill prepared cups about 2/3 full

  6. Bake for 15 min, then reduce heat to 350f and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed

  7. Serve immediately
