Fluffy Popovers with Lemon & Garlic
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450f
Grease a popover pan or muffin tin
Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, and salt until smooth
Stir in olive oil and both balsamic vinegars
Fill prepared cups about 2/3 full
Bake for 15 min, then reduce heat to 350f and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed
Serve immediately
